Ramki’s role in Lucky Baskhar
In the film, Ramki portrays Anthony, who requests a sum of two hundred thousand rupees in a loan from Dulquer Salmaan’s character. Yet, Baskhar denies the loan due to the absence of security. Additionally, he informs Anthony that it is out of his power to grant it.
Interestingly, Baskhar and his friend then come up with a plan. They rob a bank and then lend the money to Anthony at 20 percent interest.
Anthony consents, settling the debt plus additional fees earned from his illicit venture. Seizing the chance, Baskhar teams up with him. He keeps lending him money at elevated rates, aiming to reap profits.
At some point, Anthony ultimately chooses to relocate to the United States to reside with his son. His character’s arc concludes during the initial portion of the movie, but he reappears in the dramatic finale as Baskhar attempts to elude the country to avoid his pursuers.
