One Thousand Voices is currently busted in Destiny 2

As a seasoned Guardian with years of combat under my belt, I must say, Bungie has once again managed to surprise and delight us with their latest glitch-turned-feature: the infinite ammo One Thousand Voices. It’s not every day we get to wield such power without fear of running out of ammo, much like a Guardian never fears running out of courage.

At the moment, the weapon One Thousand Voices in Destiny 2 is essentially uncontrollable due to an update on the Blessing of Blades buff. It’s not broken in the sense that it doesn’t function, but more like the Telesto issues from before. Intriguingly, this Exotic weapon from Last Wish now has infinite ammunition.

On September 3, 2024, gamers booted up Destiny 2 to find something extra thrilling awaiting them beyond the usual weekly mission. Developers Bungie have added a game-wide enhancement titled Blessing of Blades, designed to grant players endless ammo for Swords exclusively. However, Riven appears to be indifferent about the regulations and has opted to include her weapon in the benefit too.

Essentially, One Thousand Voices will no longer exhaust its ammunition supply. Although you’ll still need to reload it from time to time (it’s not an infinite magazine, remember), now you can truly enjoy using this 2018 popular Fusion Rifle!

Users are eagerly diving into the new features of the game for a test run, finding it quite enjoyable so far. Bungie has addressed the problem and suggested that people continue to enjoy the game, cautioning however, that the One Thousand Voices might be restricted within Gambit.

In Destiny 2, it’s not common for a technical issue to take center stage, but recently, an anomaly has been the talk of the town. Previously, there was an incident similar to this during Lightfall, known as the Winterbite fiasco, where players could use the Glaive to obliterate bosses. Bungie swiftly rectified the problem then. However, on a few occasions, they’ve allowed the fun to continue for a few days before addressing it. The periods surrounding the Lord of Wolves and Prometheus Lens were particularly memorable, with many players remarking “you had to be there” about these instances. Interestingly, Bungie even acknowledged and celebrated this glitch by offering emblems to those who participated.

Though One Thousand Voices should be quickly rectified within a few days, it’s clear that Bungie understands the importance of giving players some occasional fun, even if they don’t immediately address an issue straight away.
