For those not familiar, Rajinikanth currently has a different movie in progress titled “Coolie,” directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj. This film stars Nagarjuna Akkineni, Shruti Haasan, and other actors alongside him.
According to previous reports from reliable sources, the filmmaker has already developed the concept for Jailer 2, and they’ve nailed down an engaging plot that is expected to propel the sequel forward.
Initially, it seems that Nelson Dilipkumar was uncertain about choosing the final title for the movie. According to reports, both “Jailer 2” and “Hukum” were options. After the initial release of “Jailer”, “Hukum” became associated with the superstar due to its popularity.
Returning to discuss Rajinikanth’s upcoming movie titled “Coolie”, it’s anticipated that this film will premiere in cinemas around mid-2025. According to a recent report by Times Entertainment, the possible release date could be May 1, 2025.
