Award-winning actor Idris Elba is nearing an agreement to join the cast of the upcoming Masters of the Universe movie, a live-action remake produced by Amazon MGM Studios and Mattel Films. In this new adaptation, Elba will portray Duncan, who in the original series was famously known as Man-At-Arms, the weapons master.
Elba recently reprised his role as Knuckles in the eponymous Paramount spinoff series. He will once again lend his voice to the character in the upcoming Sonic the Hedgehog 3.
