In simpler terms, FromSoftware has rolled out an update for Elden Ring titled “Nightreign,” which focuses mainly on squashing numerous technical issues.
After completing three hours of maintenance, the Nightreign servers are up and running again, and version 1.01.3 is now active on all platforms. This update isn’t particularly large, but it focuses on resolving combat and boss fight bugs as well as tweaking one aspect to enhance the probability of acquiring weapons with the Madness status ailment.
The update details reveal that they’ve improved the visibility of the Whirlwind skill effect when the Relic Effect is turned on. Additionally, they’ve addressed a problem where the Demon Merchant would appear close to the Night’s Tide during the curse event. Lastly, they’ve corrected an issue where your Ultimate Art gauge filled faster than anticipated while attacking certain enemies.
Additionally, players will discover that the issue causing persistent ghostly characters in Limveld to not show up has been resolved. Furthermore, the number of Runes required to purchase Uncommon weapons from vendors will now be accurately computed. For more details, check out the full patch notes provided below.
