Tekken 8 is encountering some difficulties. Although fans were thrilled to see Anna rejoin the roster, it’s been accompanied by changes that many have found disappointing. Currently, offense is overwhelmingly strong, and the defensive and evasive moves haven’t balanced things out effectively. At a professional level, players have openly criticized this version of the game as not enjoyable to play. To address these issues, Bandai Namco is addressing concerns, beginning with an emergency update designed to tackle the most pressing problems in the game at present. This update is scheduled to be released this week.
Bandai Namco recently announced updates for Tekken 8, both through a developer post and a thread on social media. The urgent patch is scheduled to release on April 17 across all platforms. This update will primarily focus on the following key areas of adjustment:
– Balancing gameplay mechanics
– Optimizing performance
– Enhancing character designs
– Addressing various bugs and glitches
– Improving overall user experience

In mid-May, the developers plan to make more changes based on feedback received from players and analysis of game data. These modifications are expected to be rolled out during the following month.
Anna Williams had a promising debut in Season 2 of Tekken 8, showcasing her rocket launcher effectively and adding numerous combos to her moveset that make the best use of it. However, at present, her appealing character is overshadowed by the broader problems plaguing the game. Here’s hoping that this week’s updates and those in May can help resolve these issues, allowing us all to enjoy Tekken once again.
Keep an eye out with me right here on Shacknews, as I eagerly anticipate the latest news and insights about Tekken 8!
