Tom Hiddleston Happily Dances in Mike Flanagan’s The Life of Chuck Trailer

Neon has released the official trailer for the upcoming film “The Life of Chuck,” based on Stephen King’s 2020 novella If It Bleeds. This film is created by Mike Flanagan, known for his work on The Haunting of Hill House. This is Flanagan’s third time adapting one of King’s novels into a movie, following the 2017 film “Gerald’s Game” and the sequel to “The Shining.

The movie narrates an extraordinary account of an ordinary individual, Charles ‘Chuck’ Krantz. This remarkable, genre-blending narrative delves into the highs and lows of his life, exploring love, loss, and the complexities within us all.

Who is in The Life of Chuck trailer?

The video offers a detailed glimpse into its principal actors, headed by Tom Hiddleston, a Golden Globe laureate portraying the title role. Additionally, it showcases Chiwetel Ejiofor, known for his role in Doctor Strange; Mark Hamill, famous from Star Wars; Matthew Lillard of Scream fame; Mia Sara, star of Ferris Bueller’s Day Off; Jacob Tremblay, who appeared in Doctor Sleep; Kate Siegel from Hush; and Annalise Basso, recognized for her work in Snowpiercer.

In the filmmaking of “The Life of Chuck,” Flanagan assumes multiple roles as writer, director, and producer under his own Intrepid Pictures label. The impressive lineup of actors includes Karen Gillian (from Guardians of the Galaxy), Carl Lumbly, Samantha Sloyan, Rahul Kohli, Matt Biedel, Sauriyan Sapkota, Michael Trucco, Violet McGraw, Saidah Arrika Ekulona, Molly Quinn, Heather Langenkamp, Harvey Guillén, Trinity Jo-Li Bliss, Q’orianka Kilcher, Antonio Raul Corbo, David Dastmalchian, Taylor Gordon, Benjamin Pajak and others. Trevor Macy is the main producer, while Elan Gale, D. Scott Lumpkin, Melinda Nishioka, Molly C. Quinn, and Matthew M. Welty serve as executive producers.

The film is scheduled to arrive in theaters on June 6, 2025.
