As a seasoned gamer of both movies and life, I must say, the news about Bridget Jones: Mad About The Boy has me all fired up! As a die-hard Bridget Jones fan, I’m eagerly awaiting the next installment! Just recently, the poster for “Bridget Jones: Mad About The Boy” was unveiled, hinting at Renée Zellweger’s return to reprise her iconic role.

The fourth movie in the Bridget Jones film series, titled “Bridget Jones: Mad About The Boy,” has finished filming in London. This upcoming romantic comedy is based on Helen Fielding’s 2013 novel with the same name. It is scheduled to premiere in theaters on Valentine’s Day, February 14, 2025, marking eight years since the third movie was shown in cinemas back in 2016. After its theater release, it will be available for streaming on Peacock.

The movie will trace the life of the main character in her fifties, who is navigating her way forward after losing her husband. Venturing into dating once more, the film’s tagline hints at Bridget Jones starting a “fresh era” and keeping a “novel journal.”
