As a long-time gamer who’s spent countless hours in multiplayer arenas and sniper nests, I must say that The First Descendant’s latest character reveal has sent my adrenaline soaring! Hailey, with her icy cool abilities and massive sniper, is shaping up to be a formidable force in the game.
The First Descendant is a terrific experience that has become massively popular. While it has a fun gameplay loop and developers consistently supporting the game through regular updates, most of the popularity stems from the characters. The new TFD character for Season 1 has been revealed, and Nexon has teased the abilities for Hailey with The First Descendant fans already head over heels in love.
As a die-hard fan, I’m beyond excited to share that Nexon has officially set August 29th as the release date for The Fantasy Division (TFD) Season 1! A tantalizing teaser trailer is already out there, but we can anticipate a full-blown trailer at Gamescom 2024. Peeking into Nexon’s 2024 roadmap, it seems that TFD Season 1 has more in store for us, with the introduction of a new Ultimate character to follow up on the phenomenal Valby introduced at the end of July!
Enthusiasts of The First Descendant series eagerly anticipate purchasing Hailey as soon as she hits the shelves on her debut day. A fresh Ultimate may be thrilling, but it’s nothing compared to the readiness of these fans!

As a gaming enthusiast, I’m excited about the hints Nexon has been giving us regarding Hailey in The First Descendant. According to the developers, Hailey possesses some pretty awesome skills that allow her to lower her body temperature to near freezing points and shoot clusters of Arche instead of regular bullets. It sounds like she’ll be a chilly powerhouse on the battlefield!
The only other detail we know about the Season 1 TFD heroine is that she uses a pretty massive sniper. According to her lore, She “left the sniper squad she had grown so fond of and officially became a Descendant. But even as a Descendant, Hailey vowed to keep the legend alive, still reciting the 33rd sniper squad’s operational mantra”.
