Zootopia 2 Trailer: Judy Hopps and Nick Wilde Are Going Undercover

The first trailer for Zootopia 2 has been released.

In March 2016, Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures premiered the first Zootopia movie in U.S. cinemas. Starring Ginnifer Goodwin as Judy Hopps and Jason Bateman as Nick Wilde among other talented voice actors, this animated film garnered immense popularity. In fact, it earned more than a billion dollars at box offices worldwide.

What happens in the Zootopia 2 trailer?

In the teaser for Zootopia 2, we find Judy and Nick teaming up once more, this time on a fresh mission. Their task leads them to disguise themselves as they delve into an intriguing case concerning a serpent named Gary, who is brought to life by the talented voice of Ke Huy Quan.

In the sequel to Zootopia, produced by Walt Disney Animation Studios, characters Judy Hopps (voiced by Ginnifer Goodwin) and Nick Wilde (voiced by Jason Bateman) are on an intriguing mission. They follow a puzzling reptile’s trail that disrupts the peaceful city of Zootopia. To solve this case, they need to disguise themselves and investigate unfamiliar areas of town, which puts their partnership – and friendship – to the ultimate test.

Quinta Brunson from Abbott Elementary will give voice to Dr. Fuzzby, a quokka therapist who assists Judy and Nick in resolving their relationship problems. On the other hand, Shakira reprises her role as Gazelle, the pop star character. In another development, Fortune Feimster has been chosen to lend her voice to Nibbles, a beaver character.

In Zootopia 2, Jared Bush serves as both writer and director, while Byron Howard takes on the role of co-director. Yvette Merino is responsible for producing the movie.
