As reported by the company, they received investments from Wemix Pte. Ltd., Animoca Ventures, Spartan Group, Efficient Frontier, Flowdesk, along with several others. This round also attracted significant contributions from angel investors and individuals affiliated with notable organizations such as Stacks, Analog, and Mittaria.

It’s noteworthy to mention that with its recent financial support, ZKcandy aims to transform the landscape of Web3 gaming. In fact, this goal has been a driving force for them even before they secured this backing, as their blockchain was already designed with this objective in mind.
With the latest financing, the platform can now financially carry out its strategies and bring outstanding Web3 gaming advancements to fruition.
In other words, iCandy’s reputation in gaming suggests that the aspirations of ZKcandy for Web3 gaming may be realized swiftly.
The significance here lies in the fact that iCandy is the owner of Lemon Sky Studios, and they have played a significant role in the creation of popular games like The Last of Us Part II Remastered, Spider-Man 2, Baldur’s Gate 3, and Final Fantasy XVI.

Firm Shares Its Roadmap
According to their vision for the future of gaming, ZKcandy has unveiled a plan, which encompasses creating an Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM) gaming environment within Telegram. Moreover, they aim to utilize the fresh funding by collaborating with intellectual property owners and developing AI agents specifically tailored for gaming purposes.
A portion of the money will also go towards establishing collaborations and getting ready for the launch of the platform’s main network, which is expected in the first half of the current year.
Regarding the recently completed funding round, ZKcandy CEO Lau Kin Wai emphasizes that the main objective is crystal clear. In simpler terms, he’s stating that the end goal has been defined clearly.

Last year, they brought on board an expert in the gaming sector, William Croisettier, due to their emphasis on blockchain technology in gaming. So far, it seems that these efforts are proving fruitful, as the platform currently has more than 25 game titles at different stages of production.
