The following Easter eggs were shown in Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man Episodes 3, 4 and 5:
- Civil War: Nico Minoru, in a conversation with Peter Parker, mentions Iron Man and Captain America’s Civil War. She opens up about her struggle in deciding which of them is right.
- Sokovia Accords: The Sokovia Accords, catalyst for the Civil War is mentioned. Norman Osborn tells Peter to not worry about it and that he would handle the situation.
- Future Foundation: Spider-Man wears a new suit that bears a strong resemblance to the Future Foundation suit. He wears this suit in the comics after joining the Future Foundation.
- Lonnie Lincoln gets the Tombstone nickname after saving Big Donovan’s life during the 110’s fight with the Scorpions. Tombstone is Lincoln’s villainous alias in comics.
- “Don’t Tell Aunt May:” Peter tells Norman to not let his aunt know about his superhero life. He has this same conversation with Tony Stark in Captain America: Civil War.
- Peter Parker is seen using a camera that once belonged to Uncle Ben.
- When Peter visits Norman Osborn’s office, a picture of the latter with Wakanda’s King T’Chaka, T’Challa/Black Panther’s father can be seen.
- The Scorpions gang is led by Mac Gargan, the most popular incarnation of Scorpion, and Carmilla Black, who used the alias when she worked for SHIELD in the comics.
- The Tracksuit Mafia from the Hawkeye series is mentioned by Roxanna Volkov.
- After learning Peter Parker is Spider-Man, Harry excitedly offers to be his “dude in the chair.” This is a reference to MCU Peter Parker’s best friend Ned Leeds, who did the same thing.
- A picture of Harry Osborn with Marvel K-Pop superhero Luna Snow is seen.
Additionally, other Easter eggs feature references such as Droney, the drone from Spider-Man: Homecoming, and Spider-Man donning suits inspired by Thor and Wasp.
