Young & Restless Theory Explains How Damian Could Be Alive

Last week on “Young and Restless,” it was revealed mysteriously that Damian was fatally stabbed, with only Cane present. However, certain aspects of the scene might suggest a somewhat different scenario.

Is Damian alive in Young and Restless, and if so, how?

Previously on Young and Restless, it was revealed that Phyllis stumbled upon Cane standing near the body of Damian, who had been fatally stabbed in the back. Notably, Cane was the only one present when this incident occurred, and rather than trying to resuscitate Damian or showing any signs of distress, he swiftly declared him dead without hesitation.

It appears that ambiguity surrounds both the situation and the manner of Damian’s death, casting doubt on Cane. Moreover, Cane stated he felt dizzy due to the drink, but seeing Damian’s body startled him wide awake. This statement, in turn, seemed rather unusual.

Furthermore, it’s proposed through the Soaps theory that Damian might not necessarily meet his end for Cane’s scheme to succeed. Instead, Cane could have administered a medication or substance to slow down Damian’s heart rate and make him unconscious. The quick transfer of the body into the freezer also lends credence to this hypothesis.

Cane subtly suggested to Carter, “I assume you’re aware of the steps to take,” which carries a whiff of something underhanded. Moreover, it appears as though this move was orchestrated in advance. If so, bringing Chance on board might have been part of the scheme. This could potentially exonerate Cane from any suspicions.

By doing it this way, Cane could eliminate his romantic competition without resorting to lethal means. However, this might pose an issue if Damian reappears in the future.
