Warner Bros. Discovery has formally declared the launch dates for The Last of Us Season 2 in 4K, Blu-ray, and DVD formats.
When is The Last of Us Season 2 4K SteelBook out?
On September 23, 2025, The Last of Us Season 2 will be available to purchase in 4K Ultra High Definition (UHD), Blu-ray, and DVD formats. Simultaneously, Warner Bros. revealed the Steelbook packaging for the series, which showcases Pedro Pascal and Bella Ramsey on its cover.
You can currently stream The Last of Us Season 2 on HBO Max, or alternatively, buy it digitally from various participating platforms such as Amazon Prime Video, Apple TV, Google Play, Fandango Now, and several others.

Five years following the incidents from the initial season, Joel and Ellie find themselves embroiled in a confrontation, as well as a world that is both hostile and full of unexpected perils – much like the one they previously abandoned.
