From a shared cab ride to co-stars, best friends, life partners, and now parents to not one but two adorable children – it’s a tale that warms my heart.

More casually, Radhika Pandit just commemorated eight years of being engaged to her well-known Kannada actor spouse, Yash. She recently posted some old pictures on her Instagram and wrote about their shared experiences over the years.

Initially, the images show the pair basking in a peaceful and loving scene by the seashore. In these snapshots, they’re found posed intimately, expressing their love for each other and the beautiful surroundings.

Yash is wearing a laid-back look in a black T-shirt and a camo headband, whereas Radhika dons a pink blouse with a tiger pattern. The pictures are taken against a backdrop of verdant foliage and tranquil ocean waves.

Radhka too posted a picture from their engagement event. In this snap, Yash was smartly dressed in a navy-blue sherwani embellished, and Radhika looked stunning in a blue lehenga featuring an elaborate pattern to match him.

In her heartfelt post, Radhika Pandit reminisced about the special moments they have shared over the years. She further wrote in the caption, “8yrs ago on this day when we got engaged I knew I’d choose you in a hundred lifetimes.”

Yash and Radhika first met in 2004 during their work on the TV series Nanda Gokula. Sharing a taxi, they barely exchanged words due to initial misconceptions about each other’s personalities. Unbeknownst to both, this casual encounter would eventually grow into a profound and enduring love story.

Over the years, Yash and Radhika’s relationship evolved from co-stars to best friends. They shared a close bond, confiding in each other about their personal and professional lives. Yash, who had initially been skeptical about love, found himself falling for Radhika. 

Yash and Radhika got married on December 9, 2016, at a lovely event surrounded by dear family members and friends. Their first child, Ayra, was born in December 2018, followed by their second child, son Yatharv, who arrived in October 2020.
