2025 edition of WWE 2K is now available early! This year’s release promises a thrilling experience with enhancements to Universe Mode and MyGM, along with a Showcase dedicated to the Bloodline, and an innovative take on NBA’s most popular mode. Moreover, 2K has revealed several new wrestlers set to join after the launch, and we have some speculations about the upcoming WWE 2K25 DLC Season Pass, featuring potential celebrity and NBA wrestlers.
WWE 2K25 DLC Season Pass celebrity and NBA wrestler predictions
In the WWE 2K25 DLC, you’ll encounter two popular guests and three basketball superstars. These will be distributed across three out of five packages. The first celebrity is included in package one, while pack two boasts three NBA stars. Lastly, the second celebrity joins the fun in pack three.
2K may have subtly hinted at one of their celebrity additions by showcasing a Prime bottle in their DLC teasers. This could suggest KSI, given his partnership with Prime and his appearance as the Prime bottle at WrestleMania 39 during Logan Paul vs Seth Rollins. On the other hand, it might also be iShowSpeed, since he donned the Prime bottle costume for WrestleMania 40 in the match between Logan Paul, Randy Orton, and Kevin Owens.
In another prediction for a celebrity appearance, it’s suggested that Travis Scott could be the next one. Previously, the WWE 2K series has included musician celebrities like Machine Gun Kelly. Given his avid interest in WWE, Travis Scott seems like a likely pick since he attended WrestleMania 40 with Jey Uso and was involved in John Cena’s surprising heel turn at the Royal Rumble 2025 event.
Among the potential NBA stars, Tyrese Haliburton could be one. Known for his enthusiasm for WWE, he’s made appearances before and expressed interest in joining the 2025 Royal Rumble. Another contender is Shaquille O’Neal, a basketball legend who is also a well-known WWE fan. He has previously appeared on WWE television.
Another forecast suggests that Jalen Bruson will face Tyrese Haliburton in a match, given that Bruson made an appearance on SmackDown in the year 2024.
These celebrities and NBA players haven’t been confirmed yet, as they’re merely speculations for now. It is expected that 2K will reveal the new additions more clearly as we approach the launch of each pack.
