With the imminent release of update 1.3 and the tantalizing glimpses of what’s to come in 1.4, it feels like Christmas has come early for us WuWa fans.

Wuthering Waves is currently offering an excellent gacha adventure that fans are thoroughly enjoying. We’re right in the thick of update 1.3, with update 1.4 set to debut shortly. Yet, even before the official release of update 1.3, hints about update 1.4 have already emerged. These Wuthering Waves leaks for update 1.4 reveal two brand-new banner characters. One of these characters has been likened to heroines from Genshin Impact.

Wuthering Waves 1.4 banner characters leak

In the latest leak, characters for the Wuthering Waves update version 1.4 have been revealed as Camellya and Dengdeng. This information was shared by WuWa_Universe, who also confirms a prior rumor that upon the release of 1.4, Wuthering Waves will immediately move on to version 2.0 without skipping a beat.

Previously, it was speculated that Camellya wouldn’t make an appearance until version 2.0, but if the news is correct, her debut in version 1.4 will be amazing! Regarding Dengdeng, as reported by WuWa_Universe via Stepleaker, this new character resembles Yaoyao from Genshin Impact.

Online fans seem concerned that Dengdeng might resemble another character known as a “loli,” but based on recent leaks, it seems she won’t fit this description.

Based on information from Stepleaker on Telegram and a screenshot leaked on Reddit, it’s stated that “Dengdeng is not a child model” and clarified that she is actually shorter than ‘The Shorekeeper’.

The leak also says “She has a pet companion like Yaoyao and Xiangling (Genshin Impact)”.
