As a devoted fan of Wistoria: Wand and Sword, I’m thrilled to my core that episode 4 is just around the corner! The anticipation is palpable as tensions rise and the grand magic festival draws ever closer. I can’t help but recall Will’s struggles in the previous episode as he prepared to prove himself in front of his peers and the Magia Vanders.
After Iris shared her findings with the Magia Vanders in the last episode of “Wistoria: Wand and Sword,” episode 4 will bring heightened tension as the magic festival approaches. Additionally, Will will be gearing up to demonstrate his abilities to both his colleagues and the Magia Vanders.
Starting from August 4th, the preview for episode 4 titled “Before the Big Festival” will be released! Looking forward to it. Note that on July 28th, we have a special program instead. Check out our official site for more information about Wistoria and Usisu. #Wistoria #Usisu

Wistoria: Wand and Sword episode 3 recap
The episode opens with Will going about his routine as a newspaper delivery person in the early hours. Suddenly, he comes across a task from an upper school student, which takes him by surprise when he recognizes the order’s origin as Elfaria. He quickly returns home and requests some items for the mission from his roommate Rusty, who consents.
As I approach the dungeon’s entrance, I notice a horde of students scrambling to complete Elfaria’s request. Deciding to venture deeper in search of superior materials, I push past them and delve further into the dark labyrinth. Suddenly, I stumble upon a damsel in distress named Iris. She identifies herself as an ardent admirer of Elfaria and the Magia Vanders. Meanwhile, Colette sits in Workner’s classroom, where Elfaria’s feats dominate the day’s discussions.
One of her classmates taunts her about feeling jealous of Elfaria because of her relationship with Will. But their banter is interrupted by Workner. With that, Will and Iris carry on with their expedition as Will pursues a massive beast. Unfortunately, they encounter a Frost Rex, or Dwarf Killer, which can’t be harmed through physical assaults.
In contrast, Will manages to overcome it through Rusty’s instruments and expertise (episode 3). We learn that Iris is a Watcher, assigned to identify gifted individuals for the tower. She rushes to warn the Magia Vanders about Will but must act swiftly to refuse them. The episode concludes with their determination to attend the festival.
