The police procedural series, derived from Karin Slaughter’s top-selling novels, follows Georgia Bureau of Investigation special agent Wilbur “Will” Trent. The preview focuses on the storyline following Will’s disappearance for six months, triggered by his arrest of girlfriend Angie (portrayed by Erika Christensen) towards the end of Season 2. Upon his return, Will embarks on fresh endeavors, joining forces with Marion Alba, played by Rodriguez, on a missing persons case.
