On social media, Will Smith shared a humorous greeting for his buddy and Bad Boys co-star, Martin Lawrence, to celebrate his birthday.

In a recent Instagram post, Smith uploaded a picture featuring him and Lawrence, sporting oversized robes and an exaggerated fake beard. In the caption, Smith humorously wishes his on-screen partner, celebrating his birthday today, a happy 60th, adding that he doesn’t seem a day older than 70.

In a post, Smith wished Martin “Marty Mar” a happy birthday and joked that he doesn’t seem a day older than 70, to which Lawrence responded by expressing their consistent affection for each other.

For more than two decades, Smith and Lawrence have been friends. They both achieved superstardom by appearing on popular TV sitcoms (The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air for Smith and Martin for Lawrence). In 1995, they teamed up in the successful buddy cop film Bad Boys, which launched a series that has produced movies continuously, including the latest addition from last year, Bad Boys: Ride or Die.

Just last week, I jumped on social media to express my admiration for both Lawrence and the iconic Bad Boys franchise. On April 7th, marking the 30th anniversary of the original film’s debut, I couldn’t help but sing praise for the visionaries behind the project – Jerry Bruckheimer, Michael Bay, Don Simpson. These creative minds took a gamble on an extraordinary duo, and boy, did it pay off!
