Right now, Ram Charan is busy with a movie titled Peddi, which is being directed by Buchi Babu Sana. This film, set to hit theaters on March 27, 2026, plans to complete the parts played by RRR’s star, Ram Charan, as early as November of this year.
Ram Charan to finish Peddi by November 2025?
As per information from Telugu Chitralu, it’s anticipated that the shooting and any necessary touch-ups (patchworks) for Peddi will be completed by late November 2025. The initial version of the film, following editing, is expected to be ready around the fourth week of this year’s December.
After wrapping up his sports action drama, Ram Charan is likely to begin a fresh project in early 2026. During this time, he’ll not only work on his upcoming movie but also handle promotional duties for Peddi.
At present, this is merely a statement, and it’s yet to be formally validated by those responsible for making the announcement.
Which movie will Ram Charan work on next?
At first, there were reports suggesting that Ram Charan would play the main character in Sukumar’s upcoming film, provisionally known as RC17. But in a more recent conversation, producer Naga Vamsi disclosed that Charan will collaborate with him on a different project instead.
Although specifics of the project are yet undisclosed, it’s clear that the upcoming film directed by Sukumar requires additional time for completion. Until an official announcement is made, we can only speculate about Ram Charan’s next cinematic endeavor.

In the latest, Ram Charan starred in the film titled “Game Changer.” Under the guidance of director Shankar, this political action drama spun a tale about an upright IAS officer who squared off against a deceitful politician.
In the movie currently streaming on Amazon Prime Video, Charan portrayed two distinct characters, sharing the screen with a talented ensemble cast including Kiara Advani, Anjali, SJ Suryah, Srikanth, Sunil, Jayaram, and others.
Discussing Peddi, the sports-centered movie helmed by Buchi Babu Sana, showcases Janhvi Kapoor as the main female character, making this her second Telugu project following Devara. Additionally, Kannada megastar Shiva Rajkumar takes on a significant role in the film beyond the principal cast.
