Will Power Level 12 Be Added To Brawl Stars? Supercell Answers This Burning Question

As a seasoned Brawl Stars player with countless hours under my belt and a collection of maxed-out brawlers that could rival Supercell’s own, I find myself in a peculiar predicament – a Power Point conundrum, if you will. The elusive Power Level 12, the Holy Grail for us veterans, remains tantalizingly out of reach, leaving us with an inventory overflowing with points and nowhere to spend them.

In Brawl Stars, the advancement of your fighter characters, often referred to as brawler progression, significantly contributes to the gameplay experience. Regardless if you’re a new player or an experienced one, aiming to max out the Power Level of your fighters is key to success. As their level increases, they become more powerful and effective in battles. It’s no secret that the strength of your brawler plays a crucial role in determining the outcome of matches.

At the moment, the maximum Power Level within the game stands at Level 11 , a state that has remained unchanged since its debut towards the end of 2021. Over three years have passed, and with no indication of a Power Level 12, numerous players find themselves in a predicament where they hold an excessive number of Power Points and lack suitable options to expend them.

There have been numerous requests for Supercell to introduce Power Level 12 to address this concern and enable players to enhance their preferred brawlers’ skills. However, after considering this, Supercell has decided against it, as explained by their response. Here’s the rationale behind their decision.

Power Level 12 Will Not Be Coming To Brawl Stars Anytime Soon

In a recent video broadcast, Frank Keienburg, General Manager of Brawl Stars, shared Supercell’s strategic roadmap for the years 2024 and 2025. During this discussion, he hinted at an update due in August 2025 that aims to address a persistent problem within the game. However, it was clarified that their proposed solution does not involve the introduction of Power Level 12.

He reasoned that this problem really only affects older players who have already maxed out all their brawlers, and not so much by the other players who are the majority of the player base. Interestingly, he said that the team has no idea how to resolve this issue yet.

From the latest update, it seems like Frank hinted at more than just a new brawler level. He mentioned their intent to develop something fresh, exciting, and skill-expressive – all while enhancing it primarily with Power Points. It’s shaping up to be quite intriguing!

In simple terms, we expect this upcoming feature to function alongside the standard character advancement in our game, similar to the Hypercharge mechanic. This additional system won’t disrupt the existing Power Point system significantly; instead, it will provide players with an extra way to utilize their accumulated points.

If or when the mechanic (or Power Level 12, for instance) gets added to the game in the future, Supercell will definitely inform us players well in advance so that we can get ready for its introduction. We’ll have a clearer picture as we draw nearer to the next year’s August update.
