Eileen Davidson’s character, Ashley Abbott, has decided to leave The Young and the Restless again. In a recent episode, she confided in her brother Jack that she intends to go back to Paris to prioritize her mental wellness following the distress inflicted by Martin. This departure follows close on the heels of a short-term return to Genoa City.

At Jabot, Jack shared with Diane that Ashley is deeply engaged in extensive therapy sessions in Paris. Upon hearing this, Diane voiced her worries, but Jack urged her to take as much time as she requires. Simultaneously, Ashley was observed seeking fortitude from her deceased father, John, before departing.

Davidson continues to appear frequently in the show, and Ashley Abbott’s departure doesn’t necessarily mean she won’t return to the series in the future.
