As a long-time WWE fan who has witnessed the evolution of various factions over the years, I must say that The Bloodline’s transformation under Solo Sikoa and Jacob Fatu is nothing short of breathtaking. Having grown up watching Samoan dynasties like the Anoa’i family dominate the wrestling scene, it’s fascinating to see a new generation rise with such intensity and charisma.
The addition of Jacob Fatu to WWE’s faction The Bloodline has sparked significant transformations within the group. Following Solo Sikoa’s ascension as Tribal Chief, he has revamped The Bloodline by incorporating new members like Tonga Loa, Tama Tonga, and the enigmatic Jacob Fatu into its ranks.
On the June 21st episode of WWE SmackDown, the newcomer known as Fatu entered with great intensity. He mercilessly attacked Cody Rhodes, Randy Orton, and Kevin Owens. Fatu delivered a devastating Samoan Drop onto the steel steps to Owens, speared Orton into the barriers, and smashed Rhodes through the commentary table with a powerful diving headbutt.
Ever since Jacob Fatu joined The Bloodline, its power seems to have increased significantly, with an enhanced presence. Prior to his WWE debut, whispers circulated about WWE backstage personnel being worried that Fatu could outshine Solo Sikoa. Now, it seems those apprehensions are proving true.
Adding Fatu to The Bloodline has led some to think that his influence within the group is overshadowing Sikoa. More recently, WWE Hall of Famer Bully Ray has shared his thoughts on this topic, detailing reasons why Fatu appears to be outperforming Sikoa.
can’t freaking lie.. no hate against Solo but they look so much better without him.

Bully Ray sees Jacob Fatu naturally stealing the spotlight from Solo Sikoa
On Busted Open Radio, Bully Ray expressed that Solo Sikoa is the head of The Bloodline, but he believes the true focus should be on Jacob Fatu. As reported by Wrestling Inc., he said, “He [Fatu] captivates attention. Some individuals cry out for the spotlight like ‘Choose me, choose me! Shine here, over here. Illuminate me!’ But others simply perform and the spotlight naturally gravitates towards them. Jacob Fatu is one who the spotlight naturally seeks.
Ray also points out that while Fatu remains prominent, Sikoa finds it challenging to establish his own identity apart from Reigns’ influence in WWE. He explains, “Sikoa appears to be striving to match the stature of Roman. However, we had expected Solo to be a force like Roman. Instead, we have Jacob, who is this fierce competitor that we initially thought Solo would be. The role Solo currently fills is more akin to Vito Corleone, the family patriarch. Yet, in assuming this role, he may seem less prominent compared to all that Jacob is accomplishing.
Solo Sikoa took the WWE Tag Team Title away from Jacob Fatu.
He stopped Fatu from stepping up to Cody Rhodes.
This will lead to Fatu turning on Solo.

Jacob Fatu’s presence has undoubtedly added a new aura to The Bloodline. WWE has recognized his impact, as evidenced a few weeks ago when Solo Sikoa pressured Fatu to hand over his tag team title to Tonga Loa.
Additionally, it appears that tensions may be brewing between Sikoa and Fatu as last week, when Cody Rhodes extended a challenge for the WWE Undisputed Championship to Fatu, Sikoa made it clear he was unhappy about it. This suggests that the WWE is preparing to emphasize these growing disagreements in upcoming events.
