Why Is There No New Claim to Fame Episode Tonight & When Will It Air?

As a dedicated fan of Claim to Fame, I must admit that this week-long hiatus has felt like an eternity. The suspense and anticipation for Episode 7 have been palpable, with the elimination of Danny leaving a gaping hole in our hearts (and screen time). But alas, fate, or rather the Democratic National Convention, had other plans.

As a devoted fan, I must say that the thrilling third season of “Claim to Fame” has kept me glued to my seat! The last episode saw the departure of Danny, whose famous relative is Marc Anthony. Needless to say, we were all on pins and needles, eagerly waiting for the next episode. Unfortunately, August 21st came and went without a new episode airing. Now, I can’t help but wonder, what caused the delay in the broadcast of “Claim to Fame” Season 3 Episode 7?

Here is everything you need to know about it.

Why was Claim to Fame Season 3 Episode 7 delayed?

The airing of Claim to Fame Season 3 Episode 7 had to be postponed because it was superseded by the broadcast of the Democratic National Convention (DNC) on ABC.

Originally planned for an August 21 airing at 9 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time, the new episode of Claim to Fame was unfortunately rescheduled due to the DNC taking over its timeslot. As a result, instead of airing during its intended grand finale, the show had to be postponed, leaving devoted fans feeling let down.

When will Claim to Fame Season 3 Episode 7 air?

In simple terms, Episodes 7 and 8 of Claim to Fame’s third season will be broadcasted on August 28, 2024, combined into a special, two-hour finale episode.

The show’s Instagram account recently announced that the season finale, lasting two hours, will be aired on August 28 at 9 p.m. EDT on ABC. In this final episode, you’ll see the top four contestants, Hud, Adam, Shane, and Mackenzie, battling it out to win the $100,000 cash prize.

In an intriguing revelation to TV Insider, host of Claim to Fame, Kevin Jonas hinted at a unique twist for this season’s finale: Conquering the final challenge doesn’t necessarily mean the contestant will claim ultimate victory.

If you emerge victorious from the final challenge, remember that doesn’t necessarily give you total power. In fact, things might become somewhat tricky in the end. The people you’ve met and formed connections with – be they friends or foes – will significantly impact the outcome.

The host’s comment guarantees an entertaining climax, making the week-long pause worth it. In addition, there are going to be thrilling unveilings of famous personalities, and the most outstanding competitor will take home the triumphant crown.
