Actor Ben Affleck, fresh from his divorce with Lopez earlier this year, was spotted carrying a manila folder on his way to work. According to reports from US Weekly, the ex-pair are currently in disagreement over the sale of their upscale home. While Affleck seems eager to move forward, Lopez feels they should wait for a higher offer price.

In June of 2023, Affleck and Lopez jointly purchased a mansion in Beverly Hills for approximately $60 million. A year later, in July 2024, they listed it for sale at a higher price of $68 million. Yet, the present state of the real estate market doesn’t seem to be favorable, and potential buyers are not showing much interest.

Ben is eager to dispose of the property promptly, as he’s ready to move on following his divorce and sever any connections, a source disclosed, implying that lowering the asking price might be necessary for this swift transaction.

The legal separation of the previous pair was finalized when Lopez filed for divorce on August 28, 2024, exactly two years after their private wedding in Georgia. Their breakup came after several months of rumors, following a romance that rekindled in 2021; this was around twenty years since their initial engagement ended.
