Why Does Nobody Remember Me in This World? episode 3 recap
I, along with Kai, Jeane, and our fellow soldiers, are gearing up for a showdown against the demons. Our destination is the Government Palace, now transformed into Fortress Vanessa by none other than Vanessa herself. As we march on, Jeane fills us in on our strategy. She assures us that Kai will take care of business with Vanessa.
As Falin and Jeanne climb the palace, they break away from the group. Their prowess as formidable warriors becomes evident as they engage with Vanessa’s soldiers. On the other hand, Rinne and Kai come across more demons, with Rinne urging Kai forward while she takes on the challenge. Later, it is Kai who finds himself facing Empress Vanessa, only to be taken aback when he realizes she is a succubus.
In my gaming narrative, I share with her that I’m from a realm where humanity emerges victorious in war. But she chuckles it off. Yet, when I mention ‘Sid’, her attitude shifts dramatically. Kai and Vanessa then engage in combat, demonstrating clearly why the latter is revered as a demonic heroine.
At that moment, a conflict between them was halted when Rasterizer B intervened, intending to eliminate Vanessa. Rinne raced to aid Kai but was taken aback by the scene unfolding. Yet, as Kai and Rinne watched, Vanessa managed to subdue Rasterizer using one of her most potent powers. The story concludes with Rasterizer withdrawing, and Vanessa turning to confront Rinne and Kai instead.
