Why Did Liv Morgan Decide to Unfollow WWE?

As a long-time fan, I can’t help but admire Liv Morgan‘s tenacity and unwavering spirit. Her recent decision to unfollow WWE’s official account might seem trivial to some, but it showcases her strong character and commitment to her relationships.

Liv Morgan, the current WWE Women’s World Heavyweight Champion, has made a daring move on her social media platforms. In response to a notable mistake made by the WWE’s official social media account, she chose to discontinue following them.

Morgan is currently bouncing back after a hard-fought defeat in the WWE Survivor Series: WarGames event. In this intense five-against-five WarGames competition, her squad squared off against that of Rhea Ripley. Accompanying Morgan on her team were Nia Jax, Tiffany Stratton, Raquel Rodriguez, and Candice LeRae. On the other side, Ripley’s team boasted Bianca Belair, Bayley, Naomi, and Iyo Sky.

In the end, Rhea Ripley managed to outdo Morgan by executing a high-impact move called Riptide off the top rope onto a table, earning a pin and the victory. However, this triumph didn’t strip Morgan of her Women’s World Heavyweight Championship. Instead, it marked a significant blow in her ongoing rivalry with Rhea Ripley.

Following a tough week, Morgan is currently gearing up for her bout against Iyo Sky at the WWE Saturday Night Main Event in the upcoming week. With The Judgment Day and her boyfriend, Dominik Mysterio, by her side, Morgan has chosen to stop following the main WWE account on X after a recent post sparked her decision.

The reason Liv Morgan chose to unfollow WWE

In the most recent episode of RAW, Dominik Mysterio squared off with World Heavyweight Champion Gunther in a grueling bout. Despite putting up a valiant effort, Mysterio came up just short against the “Commander-in-Chief.” Following the contest, Finn Balor assaulted Gunther, saying to Mysterio, “Take note, young one.

After Mysterio delivered an outstanding show, WWE’s official X account mentioned him using the nickname “Dom Dom,” which was previously used by his ex-girlfriend, Rhea Ripley. This action annoyed the current Women’s World Champion, Liv Morgan, who chose to stop following the account, asserting that “Dom Dom” is not his actual name.

After Liv Morgan started calling Dominik Mysterio “Daddy Dom”, it might be why she stopped following WWE’s official account, as they refer to him as “Dom Dom” instead.
