Actress Sonakshi Sinha is poised to make her Tamil debut in the movie “Jatadhara,” which combines elements of folklore and the supernatural. This chilling thriller features Sudheer Babu as its lead actor, under the guidance of director Venkat Kalyan.
Anurag Kashyap is stepping into the world of Telugu films as well. In the action-drama “Dacoit”, he will portray a courageous police officer alongside Adivi Sesh and Mrunal Thakur. The film, helmed by Shaneil Deo, is being simultaneously filmed in both Telugu and Hindi languages.
On the contrary, the cricketer David Warner is gearing up for his debut in Tollywood with the movie “Robinhood”. He will make a brief appearance alongside Nithiin and Sreeleela. Earlier, director Venky Kudumula disclosed that Warner was his initial pick for the part, and his inclusion has further fueled the film’s anticipation.
At the same time, Emraan Hashmi is stepping into Telugu cinema with Pawan Kalyan’s movie titled OG. In this Sujeeth-directed film, he will play the character of a gangster named Omi Bhau. However, the release date has been pushed back from its initial September 2024 schedule due to some delays.
