Ilderton performed an eerie rendition of Dylan Gossett’s “Coal” for the Blind auditions. This led to him getting a four-chair turn from Stefani, Reba McEntire, Michael Buble, and Snoop Dogg. Ilderton initially entered Buble’s team but after losing in the battle round against Kiara Vega, was picked by Stefani to be a part of her team.

Tanner Frick

Before the Knockouts round of The Voice Season 26, Tanner Frick had already left the competition. This happened before rehearsals and was confirmed by host Carson Daly on the episode that aired on November 11th, to Frick’s coach Michael Buble. Initially, Frick had been part of McEntire’s team. He managed to impress her during the battle rounds, where she successfully convinced him to join her team, despite the competition from Stefani, Buble, and Snoop Dogg.

After singing “Need a Favor” against Tate Renner, he decided to part ways with McEntire’s team following her selection of Renner to stay. Later, Buble managed to recruit Frick onto his own team, thus sparing him from being eliminated.

It’s not clear why Frick left, but he did post a TikTok video on the same day with the caption “Nobody seems to want me around.
