This installment of the legal drama series finds Mickey Haller embroiled in the enigmatic murder case of his past client, Gloria Dayton, or as she was famously known, Glory Days. As fans eagerly anticipate unraveling this complex conundrum, a central question arises: Who is responsible for the death of Glory Days in “The Lincoln Lawyer”?

Here is everything you need to know about the character’s death mystery in the show.

Who killed Gloria Dayton, aka Glory Days in The Lincoln Lawyer Season 3?

Gloria Dayton, aka Glory Days, was killed by Agent De Marco.

In Season 2, Gloria Dayton was initially depicted as a prostitute, playing a crucial role in the investigation of Martha’s murder. She aided Haller by exposing the fact that the killer had a tattooed arm, which Jesus Menendez did not have, thus helping to prove his innocence. However, when Haller needed her assistance again for another case, he couldn’t find Dayton. The situation took an unexpected turn as she was apprehended and arrested.

Nonetheless, Dayton maintains her innocence and informs Haller she’s been set up. Later on, it’s Haller who clears Dayton’s name. Subsequently, investigator Cisco discovers someone is plotting to assassinate Dayton. However, the plan backfires, leading to the attempted killer’s capture instead.

Additionally, Dayton informs Haller about his plans to travel to Hawaii. Yet, a surprise unfolds as Haller goes to meet his latest client, Julian La Cosse, who stands accused of murdering Giselle Dallinger. Upon arriving at the morgue, he is taken aback when he discovers that Dallinger is actually Glory Days.

In Season 3, the narrative undergoes several unexpected turns, ultimately exposing the fact that James De Marco, an agent from the Drug Enforcement Administration, was responsible for Dayton’s murder. De Marco had ties with the Juarez drug cartel and eliminated Dayton because she was set to testify against him regarding his coercion into framing his rival drug cartel leader, Hector Moya, by planting a gun on him. To conceal his wrongdoing, De Marco arranged for a fire in Dayton’s home, misled investigator Neil Bishop by claiming she was already deceased before entering the premises.
