- Guy Wilson: The actor behind a teenage Luke Spencer in one flashback episode, joined General Hospital this week as Lucky Spencer. He will serve as a temporary replacement for the usual Wilson actor Jonathan Jackson.
- Vernee Watson: The actress who brought Stella Henry to life in 2017, is another cast member who came back. In the soap opera, she is Curtis Ashford’s aunt. Her storyline will likely focus on her relationship with Curtis and his daughter Trina. It may also involve her friendship with Kai.
- Scarlett Spears: Spears, who plays Donna Corinthos, the daughter of Sonny Corinthos and ex-wife Carly Spencer, is another character who has joined the cast this week.
- Charlie Besso: A new cast member. He plays Tobias, who is Aiden Webber Spencer’s love interest. Charlie Besso’s Tobias was previously mentioned in a December 2023 episode when Aiden came out to his mother.
