Lakshmi Pranathi, the older sibling of the actor, is wedded to the well-known Indian actor Jr NTR. Nithiin attended St. Paul’s High School for his education and earned his degree from Loyola College in Chennai.

Last year marked his first acting appearance on screen with the film titled MAD, which garnered immediate acclaim at box offices thanks to favorable buzz from both viewers and critics. Narne Nithiin became engaged to Shivani Talluri, who is the daughter of Swarupa and Venkata Krishna Prasad, in Hyderabad. The Talluris are relatives of the Daggubati family, which includes Venkatesh Daggubati. Notable attendees at the event included Kalyan Ram, Jr NTR and his wife Pranathi, along with several other prominent figures from the Daggubati clan.
