This innovative soap opera, created by Michele Val Jean, is scheduled to premiere on February 24, 2025. Which new actors are joining Beyond the Gates’ cast?

As per TVLine’s report, Jon Lindstrom and Cady McClain are set to be part of the cast for CBS’ show “Beyond the Gates,” premiering on the network on a Monday.

The outlet revealed that the actor from General Hospital has been cast as Joey Armstrong, while the actress from All My Children will take on the role of Pamela Curtis in the upcoming soap opera. In an interview with TV Insider, McClain shared her enthusiasm about joining the CBS soap and said she’s “overjoyed to be a part of this fantastic ensemble.

Additionally, she mentioned that the production was stunningly beautiful and the cast was exceptional, and she was fortunate to collaborate extensively with Karla (Mosley).

Lindstrom shared that the reason he became part of the show was due to the presence of writer Michele Val Jean. He expressed this to TV Insider, saying, “Everyone recognizes that Michele is the top-tier writer in our industry, and though some may deny it if they’re also writers, she truly stands out as the best.

In addition to Jon Lindstrom and Cady McClain, the following actors have also been confirmed for the Beyond the Gates cast: Karla Mosley as Dani Dupree, Tamara Tunie as Anita Dupree, Clifton Davis as Vernon Dupree, and Daphnée Duplaix as Dr. Nicole Dupree Richardson.

According to Variety, the soap opera is set in one of the wealthiest African-American counties in the U.S., focusing on the Dupree family who live in a Maryland suburb.
