To acquire the Agility of a Tiger, defeat Tiger Vanguard at the Hidden Temple of the Crouching Tiger, and for the Granite-like Resolve, overcome Stone Vanguard at Rockrest Flat in the Treacherous Cliffs. You can reach both locations from the Valley of Despair shrine, which is near where you battled the Royal Family of the Sands.

How to get the Keenness of Tiger

To locate Tiger Vanguard at the Hidden Tiger Sanctuary, follow the path to your left after passing the huge, locked stone entrance in the Valley of Sorrow, where a sign reads “Employ the tally.”

Descend carefully into the cavern, taking note of the creature resembling a man with rats and a shield, as well as an archer positioned to your left. Be wary, for both can easily end your journey if the archer begins unleashing a barrage of rapid-fire attacks.

Upon reaching a vast cavern, you’ll encounter a familiar figure. Suddenly, a massive beast will emerge, but don’t be alarmed as it won’t pose an immediate threat. Simply navigate to the right side of the cave and maneuver behind a large stone pillar close to the enemy known for spitting venomous snakes. This way, you can bypass the monster without encountering any trouble.

Behind them is another enemy near a small stone ramp. Head up the ramp and then down the far side, and you will find a tiny gap in the wall. Squeeze inside, and you will find a bat-like enemy. You can get a Spirit from them, so it is actually quite a tough fight. When they are dead, grab the spirit and leave via the broken wall on the right side.

As I journey through this gaming world, a gentle slope beckons me. Following its path leads me to the hidden sanctuary known as the Crouching Tiger Temple. Exploring every nook and cranny along the way reveals hidden treasures scattered around the main steps. Finally, after scaling the temple’s mighty peak, I find myself face-to-face with the fearsome Tiger Vanguard, ready for a fierce battle!

As a gamer, I’m squaring off against Tiger Vanguard, a formidable foe who packs quite a punch – literally and figuratively! He wields his blade with precision, delivers powerful punches, and kicks like a whirlwind. But it’s not just his physical attacks that make him dangerous; he also employs blood magic and possesses an ability called Stone Skin to disrupt my offensive strategy.

Once he is defeated, then you will get the Keenness of Tiger.

How to get Sternness of Stone

To achieve the sternness reminiscent of stone, navigate back to the Valley of Despair Shrine in Sandgate Village. On the opposite side of the arena, you’ll spot a substantial rope bridge. Traverse this and follow the path, taking care to avoid a stone adversary on your right.

As I step forward, a formidable stone gate looms ahead. Beyond it lies another foe I must vanquish to proceed. Moving cautiously through the rugged ravine, I encounter two more adversaries – a rocky titan and a spitting serpent. Eventually, I’ll reach the Squall Hideout Shrine, but first, these challenges await me.

Moving forward, it won’t make a difference whether you choose to go left or right. Regardless of your path, you’ll end up at the same destination and encounter the same number of enemies. Your journey will lead you to the Rockcrest Flat Shrine, and if you glance beyond the rock where the Shrine stands, you’ll spot a gate in the distance. Passing through this gate will guide you to an arena where you must confront the Stone Vanguard.

As someone who has spent countless hours battling bosses in video games, I can confidently say that this particular boss is not as difficult as he may seem at first glance. His attack patterns are limited and predictable, making it easier to anticipate his moves. However, his most annoying tactic is when he summons small enemies to pummel you, leaving you vulnerable for a massive jumping attack. But fear not, my fellow gamer, for there’s an easy way to counter this move – Cloud Step! Trust me, I’ve been there before, and it’s incredibly satisfying to watch the little minions collide with your decoy instead of you. Keep your cool, stay patient, and use that Cloud Step wisely, and you’ll soon be victorious!

If you’ve gathered all the Buddha Eyes, you can position them on a big stone close to the main entrance as a method to bring forth a hidden opponent. After subduing the Stone Guardian, you will be rewarded with the Stone’s Gravitas and will then have the ability to unlock any gate that demands both items by employing “the tally.”
