To find the Tracktail Lizard in Monster Hunter Wilds, make your way to sectors 11 and 13 of the Windward Plains, often referred to as the dune areas. If you’re having trouble locating these zones, remember that they are also where Balahara (similar to sand worms) spawn. Based on our observations, the Tracktail Lizard tends to appear south from the oasis. So, explore the surrounding area until you spot one. When you come across it, you can choose to get there either by walking or riding your Seikret. From there, you’ll be able to deploy your net. To accomplish this, select the net from your items, attach it to your slinger, and then take aim and fire. Once you’ve successfully caught it, you’ll earn five guild points and finish the Dareel’s Research Report quest.
