Locate Imai Sokyu in the lower part of Sakai city, situated on Izumi Settsu’s western coast. Start by scanning potential areas using your reconnaissance team. To do so, move your cursor over the city and press ‘X’ to display the Scouts option.

Choose the number of Scouts you’d like to employ, as using more Scouts means a larger area will be investigated. If you don’t have any Scouts, you can replenish them by engaging with the vibrant bags hanging on a rope in the secluded Kakurega for 200 Mon each. A prominent blue circle will then appear on your map, indicating a general location where you might find Imai Sokyu.

Navigate towards the location marked on the map provided, and you’ll find him conversing within a house. The difficulty in locating this individual arises due to his elusive nature; a tiny blue indicator will only become visible when you are quite near, and given that he resides inside a house, it is essential to descend into the beautifully adorned garden adjacent to it prior to the indicator’s appearance.
