My personal journey led me to its first discovery in the shelter armory nestled in the heart of Wild Island during the quest, Just Like the Good Old Days.

Where to find an RPG-7U

The first instance I encountered an RPG-7U was within the armory of a shelter situated right in the heart of Wild Island, during the mission titled “Just Like the Good Old Days.” This particular mission transpires shortly post your crucial decision at SIRCAA, though it could potentially be acquired before you visit the research facility.


The rocket launcher is located in the armory inside the building. You can reach this location via the landmasses or even by crossing the body of water by jumping across the train carts that connect it to the Lesser Zone (south of Wild Island, northeast of the Lesser Zone). The armory is in the northwest part of the building, not the warehouse section with all the radiation in the southeast. The halls are a bit of a jumble, so take your time exploring.

As I venture deeper into this game world, my eyes lock onto the armory up ahead. Inside, I spot an assortment of armor neatly arranged on a shelf, and tucked away in the corner, there’s a RPG waiting to be claimed. However, it seems the RPG has taken some damage during its time here, so I’ll have to repair it if I want some heavy-duty ammo, but it won’t come cheap. There’s also another crate filled with a rocket nearby that I can grab on my way out.
