Medical lockers tend to appear frequently in two locations. One is situated at the base of Tower 4, positioned to your right when you initially spawn at the Cemetery. The other one can be found by circling around a central area with a small left-side bunker close to the large pipes on the left side of the map.
Straightforwardly, both options can be quite perilous since venturing beyond The Innards can be a hazardous endeavor. You need to keep an eye on various spawn patterns to strategize your gameplay effectively. Additionally, it’s important to remember that First Aid Kits may not always appear in the lockers.
If you find yourself arriving and notice hunter droids patrolling at the foot of the hill by the initial structure, while large mechs are on the left, consider retreating and waiting them out. Over time, their coordination will falter, leading them to scatter in search of targets rather than remaining a cohesive group. Then, make your way towards tower four to explore what it has to offer.
If droids are present where you are and no mechs are on the opposite side, you could potentially inspect both areas. However, it’s advisable to start with Tower 4, then circle around the distant area. Always avoid crossing through the center; doing so would expose you to potential enemy fire.
If you notice tanks positioned on the left, consider yourself fortunate. Engaged in a self-destructive battle, they’ll clear out, allowing the survivors to advance toward the extraction point near the big pipe. However, it’s crucial to avoid a false sense of security and attempting to reach extraction from the left side as more tanks will be stationed there. Instead, opt for the longer route and approach from the right side.
It’s advisable to check any bodies you encounter, since many soldiers typically have some sort of medical equipment on them. There’s a chance you could find what you need in luck.
