As a seasoned Stalker, I’ve navigated through the treacherous wastelands of the Zone more times than I care to remember. One thing that has remained constant throughout my adventures is the need for a reliable trader, especially when starting out in a new region like Garbage.
In most areas of Stalker 2, the initial step is locating a trader. Without someone to sell your goods, you can’t earn money, which then prevents you from purchasing ammunition, repairing weapons, or obtaining medical supplies. Here’s where you can find a trader in Garbage.
Where to find a trader in Garbage
In the Zone, locate the Slag Heap – an enormous accumulation of old mining machinery that’s been deserted for quite some time. Now, it’s been overtaken by gigantic industrial structures and transformed into a rough, makeshift community where you can likely find a trader.
The Slag Heap can be found on a winding path leading northward from the Lesser Zone, and it’s hard to overlook due to its numerous rusted metal structures that protrude from the ground, which is how it got its name.
There is a large building there with double doors at the front, and going in there will bring you to Boozer, the trader. He sells foodstuff and drinks and will also be a good place to pick up a lot of missions in the area. He will have a huge range of missions that you can complete to earn small amounts of coupons each time.
