After the unveiling of The Secret of Skinwalker Ranch Season 6, fans could think of nothing else but, “Where is Dragon?” The cherished Security chief of the reality series was conspicuously missing from the latest episode. Fans are now speculating as to why he took a break and whether or not he has permanently left the show.

What happened to Dragon and why is he missing from Skinwalker Ranch Season 6?
Prior to the airing of Season 6 on June 3, 2025, a Facebook post from an unofficial fan page appeared to contain a message allegedly penned by Bryant “Dragon” Arnold.
Despite the original source being unknown, the post gained widespread attention for clarifying his absence during this season. The message states, “Due to personal issues related to my son’s health and care, I was unable to film this season. However, rest assured that I continue to be a valuable team member and fully endorse the ongoing investigation.
Although it was difficult, I made this choice out of love and duty towards my family because they require my attention right now. I am grateful for your support and understanding as my fans and team. I will be joining you in watching the upcoming season, eager to see what revelations unfold.
Additionally, Brandon Fugal, who is both the executive producer of The Secret of Skinwalker Ranch and its owner, agreed with Dragon’s statement. In response to a fan questioning Dragon’s absence on X, Fugal clarified that Dragon remains crucial in the show, holding the position of security chief. However, he has chosen to focus his time on his son who is unwell at present.
According to Fugal, he’s been improving and continues to work as Security at the ranch, but he’s also paying close attention to his son’s health situation in the hospital. So far, there’s no news from Dragon about when he plans to return to The Secret of Skinwalker Ranch.
