Rashmika Mandanna is rapidly solidifying her status as a widely recognized Indian icon across the country. With every day that passes, she demonstrates her firm grip on the film industry. Despite currently basking in immense popularity, her journey wasn’t always easy – here’s a look back at one of those challenges she faced during her childhood.
In 2022, during an interview with Hindustan Times, Rashmika expressed that even with her numerous achievements accumulated throughout the years, she has always remained mindful and grateful for everything she’s received.
To clarify her viewpoint, she brought up a challenging period in her past where her family frequently changed residences and encountered various hardships.
Through her own expression, she conveys that she’s experienced life from different perspectives. Growing up, moving houses every couple of months was a regular occurrence for her. Since childhood, she has been deeply aware of such hardships.
Later on, the actress known as Kuberaa shared insights about her parents, explaining that even though they experienced numerous difficulties in adulthood, they never turned down her wishes. Yet, as she matured and came to grasp their actual situation, she ceased making requests – not even for simple items such as toys.
The actress from Pushpa 2 shared, “I remember the struggles we faced finding a place to live and paying rent. Deep within, I am still that girl who couldn’t afford a toy. My past memories remind me not to take my success for granted, as I know it won’t last forever.
Over the past several years, the actress has seen remarkable success. Her most recent movie, the action-packed box office sensation “Pushpa 2” featuring Allu Arjun, became an enormous blockbuster hit.
In the future, she will be working alongside the renowned Bollywood star, Salman Khan, in a movie titled “Sikandar”. The film is expected to release in cinemas during the festive occasion of Eid.
