As a seasoned gamer with years of convention-going under my belt, let me tell you about my excitement for The Gathering 2024 in Sasnak City! I’ve been to my fair share of conventions where the schedule is planned down to the minute, but there’s something refreshing about this more laid-back approach.
At The Gathering 2024, events in Sasnak City are unlike typical conventions. Unlike other events where the entire schedule is announced weeks ahead of time, this smaller gathering tends to be more flexible. Here’s what we currently know about the event schedule for The Gathering 2024.
One thing to note is that all the tickets are weekend ones. That is done by design to help with a lot of needs, including scheduling. By having a weekend ticket, it’s easier to space out the weekend activities.
The Gathering 2024 Day 1 schedule will be out soon
Here’s how the event operates: Each day has its own individualized schedule released progressively. Registration periods for Thursday, November 14th and the agenda for Friday, November 15th (Day 1) will be made available shortly.
It’s important to pay close attention to the Attendees Group on Facebook. This is where all of the information is put when the schedule is out. You can download a copy of the schedule, and I highly recommend doing that. I also recommend printing it out from home if you can to bring it with you.
Days 2 and 3 won’t come out until during the weekend.
The schedule is out the night before
Over the remaining days of the weekend, the Sasnak City team plans to release the next day’s itinerary by 10 p.m., local time. This might seem late, but since you’re already there for the entire weekend, it shouldn’t be a problem. The day before, you will receive a specific time to arrive at the venue, while the rest of the schedule will be shared in the Attendees Group on Facebook.
This happens both on the Friday and Saturday nights for the next days.
Please bear in mind that schedules for The Gathering 2024 may be flexible, which means there might be alterations in the timings of various events.
What if you’re not there the whole weekend?
Are there specific parts of the event you might have to skip? Certain aspects of the event are fixed, but there’s flexibility with other elements. For instance, if you can’t attend Sunday afternoon and require photos and autographs instead, please speak with a staff member. We will make arrangements for any missed items via a call on either Saturday evening or Sunday morning.
Definitely consider staying throughout the entire event, as you’ll get a chance to witness every time-bound activity.
The Gathering 2024 takes place between Thursday, Nov. 14 and Sunday, Nov. 17.
