McDonald’s to launch Chicken Big Mac in US
Starting October 10, you’ll find the Big Mac with Chicken at McDonald’s locations nationwide. This was recently revealed during a press conference held by McDonald’s USA.
As per CNN’s report, this new burger is essentially a fancier version of the classic Big Mac, featuring two chicken patties instead of the usual one. It’s already caused quite a stir among food enthusiasts in the UK and has now made its way into the US market.
In a recent press announcement, Tariq Hassan, who serves as both the Customer Experience and Chief Marketing Officer for McDonald’s US, expressed his enthusiasm. He stated that by launching the Chicken Big Mac, they aim to honor one of their most legendary menu offerings, the Big Mac, and welcome it to a fresh group of admirers.
Hassan explained, ‘By capitalizing on some of our fans’ strongest interests such as dupe culture and live-streaming, we offer more than just a burger. This campaign has something for everyone to appreciate. We’re presenting unique experiences that will astonish and captivate them, even before the Chicken Big Mac arrives at restaurants.’
In the United Kingdom, the Chicken Big Mac was well-received and quickly sold out when it first became available. According to CNN, this burger is set to swap out beef patties for chicken ones. It will also feature pickles, American cheese, and the iconic Big Mac sauce.
