When Chiranjeevi expressed his wish to see Ram Charan opposite THIS star kid in remake of his and Sridevi's film

As a lifestyle expert with years of experience in the entertainment industry, I must say that this upcoming collaboration between Ram Charan and Janhvi Kapoor is nothing short of serendipitous. The fact that Chiranjeevi had expressed his desire to see these two talented stars together in a remake of his iconic film with Sridevi, decades before it actually came to fruition, is truly intriguing. It’s like the universe had a secret plan for this cinematic spectacle all along!

As a long-time fan of Indian cinema, I am thrilled about the upcoming collaboration between Janhvi Kapoor and Ram Charan, which was announced on her 27th birthday this year. However, what truly excites me is the potential remake of Jagadeka Veerudu Athiloka Sundari, a film that starred Chiranjeevi and the late Sridevi. I’ve been following Indian cinema for decades, and this project holds a special place in my heart due to its original cast and iconic status. I can’t wait to see how the new pairing of Janhvi and Ram Charan will bring their own unique charm and energy to the remake. It’s always fascinating to witness the evolution of Indian cinema, and this collaboration seems like a promising step in that direction.

In 2017, the duo (father and son) had a lively chat with Niharika Konidela. During this informal discussion, in a speedy question-and-answer session, the actor from Rangasthalam was asked which of his father’s movies he would like to re-create. Quick on his feet, Charan named Gang Leader as his pick.

Instead of saying, “However, Chiranjeevi had some other movie in his head,” you could rephrase it as “Chiranjeevi had a different movie on his mind.” Similarly, instead of “Before Niharika moved on to the next question, the Vishwambhara actor said,” you can say “As Niharika was about to ask another question, the actor Chiranjeevi spoke up and said.” Lastly, instead of “Jagadeka Veerudu Athiloka Sundari” you could use “I want Charan to remake Jagadeka Veerudu Athiloka Sundari.” This way, the sentence becomes: “As Niharika was about to ask another question, the actor Chiranjeevi spoke up and said that he wanted Charan to remake Jagadeka Veerudu Athiloka Sundari.”

Furthermore, when Niharika inquired about the actress he’d prefer working with Ram Charan, Chiranjeevi responded by mentioning Sridevi, since she has a daughter, alluding to Janhvi Kapoor.

It’s quite intriguing that, following Chiranjeevi’s earlier wish to pair his son Ram Charan with Janhvi Kapoor (Sridevi’s daughter), they eventually worked together in the movie directed by Buchi Babu Sana.

As a film enthusiast who has been following the Indian cinema industry for over two decades, I am genuinely excited about the upcoming project RC16. With its tentative title suggesting a significant chapter in the annals of cinematography, I anticipate it will deliver an unforgettable visual experience. The blending of period drama elements is intriguing, as it often offers a rich tapestry that immerses audiences in another era.

At the official premiere event in Hyderabad, a traditional blessing ceremony called a pooja took place for the new movie. Further specifics about its creation are kept confidential, further stirring curiosity.

Currently, Ram Charan, S Shankar, and Kiara Advani are all thriving in their respective careers. Notably, Ram Charan has wrapped up the shooting for his highly anticipated movie, titled Game Changer. In this production by Dil Raju, Kiara Advani plays the leading role under the direction of S Shankar. As per recent updates, Game Changer is set to hit the screens this Christmas season.

Speaking of exciting news, I’m equally thrilled about the upcoming release of my next cinematic venture, titled “Vishwambhara.” This intriguing socio-fantasy film is masterfully directed by Maliidi Vassish. The stellar cast includes Trisha Krishnan, Meenakshi Chaudhary, Mrunal Thakur, Vennela Kishore, and Kunal Kapoor, each bringing their unique talents to their respective roles. I can’t wait for you all to experience this journey with us!

Additionally, it’s been announced that Janhvi Kapoor will make her entrance into the Telugu film industry through “Devara Part 1,” starring alongside Jr NTR. The movie is set to hit theaters globally on September 27, 2024.
