As you progress, you’ll reunite with many acquainted characters and encounter new ones. The game will also ask about your birthday.

In the style of Death Stranding, as originally designed, your birthdate appears to carry minimal significance in crucial aspects of the game. However, it hints at influencing your DOOMS (an acronym from the game), providing additional details once you choose your birthday.
People born under certain constellations, such as Cancer, Pisces, Cetus, and Delphinus, may be more prone to experiencing DOOMS due to their strong connection to the sea or beach. It is thought that these individuals’ lives are destined to be marked by unease and strife.
It’s intriguing to note that this version deviates slightly from the original game, as it lists only four out of the five constellations mentioned here.
