She ingested pills, followed by alcohol, and seemed emotionally devastated.

Despite attempting to send a last message to Marco, she fainted and fell unconscious on the couch, almost immediately after Marco replied. The story concluded with Natalia in an unconscious state, leaving it unclear whether she will wake up, catch her flight, or survive the drug overdose.
According to TV Insider, it has been confirmed that actress Eva LaRue is stepping down from her role as Natalia on General Hospital this week. Frank Valentini, the show’s executive producer, spoke about her departure, stating, “A temporary guest role unexpectedly turned into a longer and more fulfilling one, thanks to Eva’s outstanding performance and chemistry with our cast. I wish her great success in her future endeavors.
It’s been implied that the authors have been foreshadowing Natalia’s exit from Port Charles for some time, but her last appearances seem to indicate a sad ending instead of a peaceful farewell.
