Slaught additionally disclosed that Bellamar’s unexpected demise had left her family reeling with grief. He further stated, “Although the shocking news of her passing, at just 46 years old, seems hard to believe, I want to confirm its truth. Her premature exit from life has taken everyone by surprise, and we were not ready for such an event.
Slaughter and his co-benefactor, Scott Shelley, established a GoFundMe in January with the intention of covering Ariane Bellamar’s funeral expenses. In the description of the funeral fundraiser, Slaughter wrote, “We set up this fundraiser to assist in paying for Ariane Bellamar’s funeral costs.
The current events have placed a significant financial strain on them, as he pointed out, “The goal of our fundraiser is to assist Scott and me in covering the costs of Ariane’s funeral service. Regrettably, none of us anticipated this unexpected turn of events, leaving the financial burden of arranging Ariane’s funeral with Scott and myself.
