As a die-hard fan of Sonic the Hedgehog and Jim Carrey, I must say that watching Lee Majdoub shave Carrey’s head in the new Sonic the Hedgehog 3 featurette video was an unforgettable moment! With my heart pounding with excitement, I couldn’t help but feel like a fly on the wall during this behind-the-scenes experience.
Actor Lee Majdoub shaves Jim Carrey’s head in a new Sonic the Hedgehog 3 featurette video.
In American cinemas next month, Sonic the Hedgehog 3 will premiere. Jim Carrey is set to reappear as the character Dr. Ivo Robotnik in this movie, and interestingly enough, he’ll also portray Ivo’s grandfather, Gerald Robotnik.
In simpler terms, a new video clip from the Sonic the Hedgehog 3 trailers, posted by Rotten Tomatoes, features actor Majdoub trimming Jim Carrey’s hair as he plays Agent Stone, Robotnik’s assistant in the series.
Majdoub shared in the video that they are currently working on Sonic 3 and just trimmed Jim Carrey’s hair live on set. It was an enjoyable experience for him as Carrey requested it himself and demonstrated great trust in him.

In addition, James Marsden will once again take on the character of Tom Wachowski, while the ensemble of actors in this live-action production also includes Tika Sumpter, Krysten Ritter, Natasha Rothwell, Cristo Fernández, Alyla Browne, and others.
The movie “Sonic the Hedgehog 3” is being directed by Jeff Fowler, who has previously overseen the last two live-action films in the Sonic the Hedgehog series. This upcoming film is set to hit US theaters on December 20, 2024, and is distributed by Paramount Pictures.
