As a devoted follower of Diljit Dosanjh and a proud Punjabi myself, I must say his recent performance in Chandigarh was nothing short of electrifying! His energy on stage was infectious, and his ability to connect with the crowd was truly remarkable.

Right now, Diljit Dosanjh is enjoying great success with his Dil-Luminati Tour throughout India. Not long ago, the musician put on a fantastic show in Chandigarh and reenacted a famous line from Allu Arjun’s blockbuster movie Pushpa. During his performance at the live event, Diljit shared that, although he hasn’t watched Pushpa 2 yet, he intends to ensure that his audience doesn’t miss out on any of the fun.

While performing, Diljit addressed the audience. He explained that the dhol rhythms symbolized the moon as the “Gabru” had arrived in Chandigarh to make a powerful impact. He also shared that he often says “Punjabi is here” worldwide, and indeed, he said it at Coachella too.

In his hometown, Diljit decided he couldn’t keep quiet about it. So, he dedicated the concert to World Chess Champion D Gukesh. He commended Gukesh for persisting with his dream even in the face of challenges. Moreover, Diljit admitted that he watched Allu Arjun’s Pushpa and remembered the iconic line “Jhukega nahi saala.” With a chuckle, he added that if the “saala” doesn’t bend, why would the “uncle” do so. Lastly, he urged everyone to enjoy themselves and promised this would be their unforgettable night.

He mentioned that he watched the initial portion of the movie “Pushpa” and it features a well-known line, “He won’t bend, my friend.” The question then arises, if ‘he’ doesn’t submit, why should his elder brother comply?

In the second installment of “Pushpa 2: The Rule,” directed by Sukumar, the story of Pushparaju carries on. The movie picks up where the initial film ended, delving into Pushpa’s transformation from a common laborer to leading a smuggling syndicate. As Pushpa ascends in power, he attracts enmity and encounters numerous threats that persist even in the sequel.

Currently wedded to Srivalli, Pushpa emerges as a dedicated spouse throughout the narrative. The tale largely revolves around his affection for her. Yet, complications arise in Pushpa’s life due to Bhanwar Singh Shekawat.

Apart from Allu Arjun, Rashmika Mandanna and Fahadh Faasil played prominent roles in the hit movie.
